M&M had more than two decades in business and a strong reputation with customers. Online, that didn't show.
A generic profile name
Their Google profile was listed as "M&M Movers Inc.", which told Google nothing about where they work.
The wrong keywords
They were showing up for terms with only 390 to 590 searches a month, while bigger searches went to competitors.
Weak map coverage
Ranking scans showed red and yellow across much of their own service area, meaning they ranked low where customers were searching.
Four changes that moved the needle
Rebuilt the Google profile
