We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings as search engines and digital platforms regularly update their algorithms and policies.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard payment terms require payment within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and deliverables created by Virsa Labs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and expect clients to do the same regarding our proprietary methods and strategies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Virsa Labs' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. SMS Terms of Service

Our SMS program provides appointment reminder and confirmation texts for our SaaS & Digital Marketing services. By opting in, you can expect to receive messages related to your appointments with us.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Information

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 1-4 messages per month for appointment reminders and confirmations. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
